transformation of an industrial building into housing and offices
On the first floor of a former printing office within a block, a plateau has been partitioned, with rigour and geometry, with slabs of raw concrete blocks. A series of checked floors distinguishes different domestic spaces, including a vast, slightly sunken terrace.
Programme: living room, kitchen, dining room, bedrooms, offices
