This project stems from an ideas competition for the construction of a mixed-use residential-commercial building. It offers the opportunity to develop an attractive living environment adapted to contemporary lifestyles and close to nature. The new building features an open plinth housing entrances, amenities and shops, as well as access to the underground parking lot ramp. Gardens create a distance from the street where functions require privacy.
