construction of an apartment building in Schaerbeek

Along the future Parkway, the project transforms a concrete office building into 38 apartments. The concrete structure and floors are reused and three new levels are superposed to the existing. The hollowed out angles of the volume become double orientated balconies and a collective patio and garden connect the spaces to the ground and the park to come.
